Delete your account.
Two ways to do it. Both end the same way.
From inside the app.
Open MyPetVault on your phone, tap the You tab, and open Settings (gear icon, top right). Scroll to Delete Account. We'll ask you to type your email to confirm, then your account, every pet on it, every record, every uploaded document, and every photo are removed in a single operation. There is no recovery window — once you confirm, the data is gone. This does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; the app reminds you about that on the confirmation screen if you have one.
By email.
Can't get into the app? Send us a note from the email address on your account. Tell us you want it deleted and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
What gets deleted: your account, every pet on it, every record, every photo, every reminder. We keep nothing that points back to you.
